The Consultant has master’s degree in Urban Management, and specialized at Transport management.
Work Experience
The consultant, have a total of more than 22 years of experience on various fields. Besides experience as a teacher, a technical and vocational training institute Deputy Director and educational expert, the consultant have been also working directly to the Road Transport Sector for the last 12 years mainly on Transport and Mobility. To mention a few as a Senior road traffic management expert, capacity building team leader, transport economist, a Project Manager of BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) AFD (French Agency for Development) 120 million Euro loan project, project implementation unit member for Transport System Improvement Program (TRANSIP) focusing on road safety improvement for the city of Addis Ababa, World Bank loan project (193 million USD), Deputy General Manager and General Manager for Addis Ababa City Transport Authority, Deputy Bureau Head for Addis Ababa City Transport Bureau, Deputy Director General at Federal Transport Authority and recently working as a Senior Road Transport Consultant.
